The sand is so clingy that when you think it's all gone, you'll find it falling out of some skin fold of your body about 2 weeks later. Sea lice, sand fleas, and tar are on your feet bottoms. Washed up man-o-wars along the shoreline from time to time. And we all know that plenty of sharks in the ocean and other water creatures go swimming by. But let me tell you something else about the sea. Allow me to speak about the things that make it so great. Because you're never alone when you have the sea. The ocean is vast, and you won't understand how expansive it is until you see it. The sound of the waves lapping the shoreline can drown out your sorrows. There are no echoes...
